Accommodations

All tents feature a rich and welcoming Masai theme showcased through evocative touches - headboards, lamps, local art and had carved details.

Each expansive tent - among the largest tents in the game reserve - has five areas. The spacious bedroom features two queen beds and oversized windows which allow cool breezes and warm light to wash through. Immediately behind the bedroom is a dressing room with ceramic sink on a hand carved wooden counter with large mirror. The dressing room is flanked on the one side by a private water closet with flush toilet and on the other side by a large shower room. Hot and cold running water allow guests to freshen up after a day in the sun or unwind in a leisurely shower. Electric lights shine in every tent and the camps are equipped with 220V plugs for charging batteries and other devices. Outside, the open veranda is shaded, with canvas director's chairs and reading table angled to catch the best views. Enjoy a cool drink or spot of tea as you watch the theatre of the wild.

Dining

Enjoy delicious Pan-African and traditional bush cuisine. Three main meals are served each day in a large canvas dining tent overlooking beautiful scenery and culminating with five course dinners ending with coffee or tea under the stars.

Weather permitting, meals can be individually served in your own veranda. Picnic meals can also be prepared for full day game drives. Our chefs will gladly observe any special dietary preferences.

Activities and Attractions

Masai Nature and Cultural Walks - Take a walk with a Masai guide and explore the region in the company of its ancestral caretakers. Whether it is a short walk to a nearby Masai village, a visit to a Hippo pool or a spectacualr sunset hike, guests can take this rare opportunity to experience the wilderness while trekking on foot.

Intimate Fireside Gatherings - In the evening our staff light a fire to warm a semi-circle of chairs that look across the diverse and magnificent vistas of our three camps. Join in this century old tradition and share game viewing stories or experience the ancient wisdom of the Masai. This event is the soul of Africa.

Hot Air Ballon Excursions - Experience a dawn ride over the plains. The balloon will sour up for a wide view of the park and sweep down for amazing close ups of the animals below. Finish with a freshly cooked chapagne breakfast right in the middle of the game park.
